Terms of Service

Imagine This is a platform where people share early-stage ideas and connect with investors, collaborators, and build partners. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Imagine This.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Imagine This. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put other members at risk.

You keep ownership of everything you post — your ideas, posts, comments, messages, and documents. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to operate the product: showing your profile and published ideas to the community, delivering your messages, and powering Connect.

Documents you attach to an idea are private. They are shown only to people you explicitly release them to, inside a specific conversation, through expiring links.

Ideas shared publicly can be seen by other members. Imagine This is not a substitute for legal protection such as patents or NDAs — share what you're comfortable making visible to the community.

Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't impersonate others, scrape the platform, attempt to break its security, or abuse the Connect and messaging features to spam members.

We provide blocking, reporting, and rate limits to keep the community healthy. Repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension or a permanent ban.

Imagine This helps members reach each other, but we don't vet members, verify claims, or take part in any deal, investment, or agreement you make. Any arrangement you enter into with another member is solely between the two of you. Do your own due diligence.

We work to keep Imagine This available and reliable, but we provide the service “as is” without warranties, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. It forms part of these Terms.
